Cancer in Dogs

My Mum and Dads Irish red and White Setter has just been diagnosed with advanced cancer, it is into her Lymph Noids(not sure of spelling) Just wondered if anybody had come across this before and what sort of timescales are we looking at for her, she is only 9 and her litter brother who we also have has been diagnosed with artharitis and her mum who we also have has just been into the vet and had a lump removed so we are waiting for the test results on that.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gill

Re: Cancer in Dogs

I am sorry sorry to hear that you parents dog has been diagnosed with cancer, and even sorryier that this thread seems to have been missed.
I do not know if the following link is of any use to you - there is actually a lot of info relating to this illness on the internet, but I do think initially probably not to take too much notice of all you read a be steered by your vet.
