Re: Car sickness

My two were terribly sick in car for about 3 mths, we took them sholrt journeys and were told to always make sure there was something exciting for him at the end of it , like a short walk before coming back we did this and both were fine after a while it takes time, now we cant get them out of the car they love to travel with us

I have also bought some homeopathic drops that are for travel anxiety, made by a company called Homeopet. Will let you know how we get on!!

Thanks, Ang x
Homeopathic travel sickness tablets made for humans can be used for dogs, and are normally cheaper than pet ones. I find they work well - on me - I get carsick, my dog travels fine!

Re: Car sickness

millie was terribly car sick so we spent ages starting again with her. sitting in the car with the boot open, closing the boot, turning the engine on etc. we spent several weeks doing this and she is now fine. she also knows that she is going somewhere nice too. she has also finally started jumping into the boot. our other dog max has never had a problem but he always lies down straight away, whereas Millie would sit up and the movement of the car would make her feel sick when she was little.
