Re: Neutering

He will be perfectly fine.

I know how you feel though, when they kept my bitch last year,I came home in floods of tears.
It was even worse when they rang and said they were taking her down for an emergency spay. But she came through it and made a good full recovery.

Lets us know when he's home.

Re: Neutering

i know, dont think he will be too impressed! He has a nice new bed, blanket and heap of toys to come home to !

They did 2 small cuts on his stomach as they were not dropped but were close to the surface so thats good as my mum had her lab x done a couple of weeks ago and his 'bag' was so swollen!

Re: Neutering

Bless him, hope he gets well soon. Maybe worth getting some arnica for him, it works wonders with bruising and shock.

Re: Neutering

Thanks, he has been great they had put a buster collar on him as he was woorying it in the vet but i took it off once home and he has not touched it since ! He tends to groom his feet when he is stressed so i think it could have been a similar thing !

So glad its over.. poor boy is shaved with swollen bits but much brighter today !
