Re: favourite treats for dogs not motivated by food

My Chihuahua Zoe, has a very sensitive tummy and can not be fed doggy treats, so I home cook her peanut butter cookies(no sugar). Got the recipe off the internet and she loves them. I cut the cookies small and then give her just little bites.
Zoe is a very finicky eater and requires some beef gravy over her dog food.. I cook beef until very tender, spin in the food blender with a little water to a slushy consistency, and put just a small amount on her food. Makes Zoe think she has a great meal.
I am planning to try cooking her food if she will eat better and I can find some healthy recipes.
One thing she does love to eat is cabbage!
