Scratching help please

my inlaws live in the ukraine and they are having some problems with their dog scratching. he has lost fur and bites himself quite often. the dog is 7 yrs old.

they have been spraying him with a pump tube thingy and had 2 injections, but the stuff has not gotten any better. it did in the summer though, but has come back.

do you think it is scabies ? we want to send out a shampoo and a spray for the house to help. do you have any recommendations.

i enclose a photo.

thanks

Have they taken him to the vet, whatever it is he doesn't look to be in good condition (skin wise)

Good luck - keep us updated

Re: Scratching help please

Has he got fleas? some dogs get a flea allergy, which causes haie loss and extreme itching.
