She keeps licking her leg..

A while ago Dixie caught one of her back legs on something and it caused an nasty sore. I think she made it worse by keeping licking it. It got better for a bit but then she licked at it so much it bled!
Got cream from the vet and ended up having to muzzle her to stop her getting at it, as the lampshade didn't work she could still reach it, and no amount of bandage, surgical tape and nasty tasting spray would keep her off it!!

It healed up nicely and the hair grew back, but iv just noticed she is at it again!

The vet did have a look at it last time to check there wasn't anything in there bothering her- there wasn't.
She is up to date on her flea treatment so it cant be that.
It's not due to boredom or lack of exercise as she is walked loads and has loads of toys and chews and things to keep her busy.

Any ideas??

Arnica is something I always keep a supply of - I use it for knocks bruising and inflammation but if the wound is open I would be a little careful about what I put onto it.
