latest DAF delivery

I love delivery days! so thought i'd share some photos as i know what your all like





mixed random bones which is £4 for 15kg although this bag was 17.5kg!

beef bones

turkey necks

chicken wings

chicken carcasses

duck wings

pork bones and whole tripe which was 11kg

and the boys with chicken wings for tea!

The big bag of bones is such great value but I doubt id have freezer space

whats in the bags that looks like just massive squares of red? or are my eyes playing up is it bones?

How you managed to take those close-up pics without the whole lot getting snaffled is amazing! But maybe that's why you unloaded next to the crate??

It's there 'bulk mince' instead of the little 454g blocks the mince comes in 2.2kg blocks and so works out at £24 for 24ish kg of mince which i got lamb this time.

ah thats fab value isnt it also easier to pack in the freezer I would say and great when you got two big hungry mouths to feed.


how much are them fantastic turkey necks if you dont mind me asking?
are you all sorted and put away now. i know that a relief when you sit down after doing all that lot!

Did you buy the £6 Chicken carcasses? How many do you get in them? If you don't mind me asking, I don't go by Kg, I go by meals..

If it's the same as what my supplier sells them then it's £2.20 for 2 Turkey necks that is..
