Will the milbemax sort these out? im thinking they are coming out becuase of yesterdays dose of milbemax? How long will they be coming out for? she has pooped twice today and both times there have been worms
What im really freaking about is wether my three children and I could have caught them from her? she has occasionally licked their hands

Sounds like she has a really bad worm load, probably wasnt done starting at the right time and with the right frequency by the breeder.
If Mum hasnt been done she can pass them on, and sometimes even if she has pregnancy can wake dormant ones that may have been missed and they get passed via the Placenta and larvae gets passed in mums milk. Obviously if the Mum isnt done correctly its even worse.
Pups should start worming at 2 weeks old, then they should be wormed every 2/3 weeks until they are 12 weeks old, then once a month until 6mths old, then after 6mths you can do them every 3 months like adults. The reason you do this is to make sure all the whole life cycle has been killed off and there is none to develope and start it all again. Puppies mostly have roundworm, these can be picked up where infected cats and dogs have defeacated, the eggs can exist in the environment for a long while pups can sniff or lick up the eggs. Tape worms caught by eating infected rabbits or meat, or ingesting a flea, the tape worm needs an immediate host which the dog or cat ingests to catch it. Likely they looked like cooked spaghetti that your pup had? if so then it is Roundworm.
(Thats spaghetti on toast or spag Bog off the menu tonight now then

)
You will be pleased to know that what you are seeing is more likely dead and dying ones the Milbemax has done its job. I would however do a wormng programme as above to make sure you eradicate them completely to make sure especially with kids.
The kids can only really pick up eggs via the faeces, or ground where the faeces wasnt cleared up properly, or maybe accidents inside. Then they would have to tranfer the worm eggs to mouth and ingest them. As long as you had good hygine clearing up and hand washing then you should be OK tbh.
Just in case the symptoms of Human roundworm infection is. Stomach upset and pain, headache, sore throat, wheezing and lack of energy. In rare cases worm larvae can reach the eye and may cause eye ad sight problems.
