Chicken mince as such is fine as part of a healthy diet, however, just mince and chicken wings should not be all you feed your dogs. You should also give some offal, such as kidneys or liver. There are some excellent stickies on raw in this section.

thats just untill they get used to a raw diet ill wait a while befor addin offal to there diet

This is what I did when first starting

Chicken first, 2 weeks later turkey, 2 weeks after that fish, 2 weeks after that pork, 2 weeks after that lamb, 2 weeks after that beef, all adding in gradually, small pieces at a time. Then started adding in small amounts of offal. I rotated the new protein with the previous ones she was used to as I went along.
I have only recently started adding green minced tripe, would have sooner but couldn't get it in small quantities until now.
You can start adding offal slowly into their diet after approximately 8 weeks on raw.

I see. I started with chicken and tripe myself to give a bit mote variation.
