lump on back

hi there wonder if anyone has ever had this before?

last night i was stroking alfie and i felt a lump between his shoulder blades, well i was worried all night as my last dog had cancer in the nose which started with a bump on his nose so alfie went to the vet this morning.

he was very good this time! and the vet said it was prob from an injection he had on the 6th of jan for his tummy rumbling, he said it was in the same place and nothing else was there and it fits the time scale and to monitor it and make sure it goes down etc.

well i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this as i have never seen it before with my other dogs but i have seen a few things online about it.

thanks very much for any possible help.

I found it about 2 weeks later rushed him off to the vets convinced it was tumour, vet got so mad with me I kept saying I did'nt want him suffering I completely lost the plot as like you I had lost a dog to cancer and thats all I could think of,just keep an eye on it but sure it will go down.Suexx
