Just looking for some advice for my puppy. He seems to have cut himself in between his claws on his paw. It can't really see the cut itself but there is a red line in his fur of where I assume it is.
He can walk and run fine but I've noticed him licking it a lot in the house, presumably cleaning it.

Is there anything I can do to help to clean it/heal the wound? I've heard of something called paw wax but I'm unsure as of how to use it. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
