Re: It went wrong

My 15 week old pup has enjoyed chicken wings, legs, rabbit carcasses, lamb ribs, pork ribs and the like over the last few weeks, and has often swallowed pieces larger than I think reasonable (once, an almost whole chicken leg, and quite a few pretty big bits of rib), but has suffered no ill-effect yet. No trace of it in his poo except as a uniform solidity!

Re: It went wrong

You could try bashing up the wing next. Wrap it in a really old tea towel and bash it really hard with something heavy. Do NOT attempt to bash it without the tea towel or it will scoot off the counter
That way you know the pieces of bone are smaller so even if he swallows a whole wing again, you know the pieces won't be too big.
