Willow also suffers from phantom pregnancys, after her first season (phantom) I started giving her evening primrose oil tablets and further phantoms have been much less so.
Her phantoms were quite mild, mainly manifesting in the fact that her boobies were swollen which made her scratch them so they got quite sore. She also got a bit saggy from them too. Swimming has helped tighten it all back up quite well.
Willow is being spayed in late January, 3 months after this last season.

I hope your little girlie feels better soon
Many things I have read about phantoms say act totally normal and increase exercise.
