vomiting after eating chicken wings

Ok I know there are a few threads on this but my situation seems to be a little different.

History 1st- I live in Thailand and feeding raw would be difficult due to price of beef and lamb and lack of availability of offal. So I home cook Jenny's food and add ground egg shell (she won't eat the eggshell otherwise), live yogurt and an LSA ground mix because I can't find flax oil (I don't want to give cod liver oil as I can't guarantee it is pure etc due to my lack of Thai ) She gets a raw egg and a tin of sardines once a week (not together).

Now 5x a week she gets a chicken wing and she has had no problems eating this at all until recently. Now when she eats it she vomits up her food after about 30mins and then leaves it. For a street dog she is pretty fussy!

Why is she doing that now after 4 months? Is she now confident in eating her chicken she doesn't bother chewing it properly? Should I start bashing it before I give it to her? If I held it she wouldn't eat it at all.

Finally her teeth are looking healthy and after being told her teeth were that colour because of bad nutrition for her mother on the street they are more acceptable. I really don't want to stop giving her the chicken wings. She ate a pork rib on Sunday and had no problems with that but have since read she shouldn't have pork but that and chicken is the only real affordable meat on bone. Lamb is an horrendous price Is it ok to give her the occassional pork rib for variety?

And now I have written an essay, sorry but some advice would be appreciated
