Why is the Bright Paws thread locked

I was thinking the same.... hopefully it's because it has all been sorted and those people that have placed orders and not received their goods have been refunded. Would be good to be reassured about this.

My sentiments exactly - was hoping to see a happy ending but found it locked

Can a mod please clarify why the thread had been locked?

One member is clearly scamming several other members. All we are doing is trying to 1) Get our money back and 2) hilight to the rest of the forum to avoid the company.

I would like to think that since we were all introduced to bright paws via the forum, that the powers that be would be trying to help us get our refunds. I can back up everything I've said with emails, screen shots etc.

Any clarification?

Obviously as Lyceum has responded, refunds have not been made. The forum members have paid money and not received their orders. They have been very patient in waiting for their money back........ this issue needs to be resolved and they shouldn't be prevented from discussing it when quite clearly, they are in the right.

I've no idea what to say about that. I really hope a mod can post and clarify.

Ive just read that whole thread and am shocked that a mod has allowed for her to request closure of that thread... i was under the understanding it was only the OPthat could do that.
Not only have members recieved shocking customer service they have been duped into thinking theyed get a full refund.. i know for a fact its extremly easy to issue a refund through Paypal.
Personally if they are not willing to ban her i think they should atleast remove the link to her site so no other unsuspecting member gets done over in the same way

I don't think its a "witch hunt" personally - I just can't understand why, if the orders cannot be delivered, the refunds have not been made.

I'm going to bow out of this thread as I am just astonished that anyone could run a business like that.......

I've just posted on her Facebook asking if she was ever going to make the refunds to members here, and it was immediately removed, so she's certainly keeping a close eye on there.

I find it perturbing that mods here closed a thread at her request when she is clearly acting so dishonestly.
