To be fair, that could be Facebook at fault. I know my mum hasn't recieved messages I've sent on there, nor have I recieved ones she's sent. We've no reason to lie to each other about sending the messages so can only assume it's Facebook at fault. It's not the first time it's happened either.

Re: Why is the Bright Paws thread locked

Wow. Blooming heck.

Okay. My opinion. And everyone can read what I wrote in the other thread and see how strongly I feel about this. But I do feel it's a tad on the witch hunt side now.

Rebecca has been called on her crap. Everyone can see what's happened here.

I'm not giving the benefit of the doubt, that is given when you pay your money to a site you've never used before. That company either proves you right or wrong. In this case, wrong.

I have an exceptionally tight budget. I earn £52 a week caters allowance. I ordered £44 worth of dog food. I've now had to borrow cash to buy this months food. I'm not happy about that.

Yesterday I spent the day in the hospital with my mother being told she has no completely lost use of her 'good' arm, the other went last year. I was also calling a different hospital every ten minutes because my cousin was having major surgery and stopped breathing 5 times during the op. So I know about dealing with family stuff.

Let me reiterate. I am not giving the benefit of the doubt. But what I don't want is for us to 'attack' Rebecca. Mob mentality is very easy to slip into. Especially when people get riled like this.

So can we all (myself included) take a deep breath and calm down a little?

I

I can second this. I haven't been getting alerts or PM's until weeks after they're sent. If at all.

Re: Why is the Bright Paws thread locked

i dont get this whole 'cant see it on fone' issue, nearly every webpage which shows as mobile view, has an option to view the whole site.

I can access full paypal just fine on my fone, and perform all actions. So can nearly every fone which will access the internet

Re: Why is the Bright Paws thread locked

Hi All,

Just to let you know that I locked the thread after a request from Rebecca from Bright Paws. She has let me know that she is in the process of refunding the customers money and would like to deal with these issues directly with her customers and not on a public forum.

I will lock this thread for now to give her time to resolve the problems.

Thanks
Mark
