No, many people who feed raw and cannot give bones will give ground eggshell. half a tsp of ground eggshell will provide about 900mg of Ca

oh dear just read about the tinned tuna, i normally give sophie tinned tuna, salmon, mackerals or sardines most nights mixed with her dry food normally in oil or brine should i stop doing this

to the op sorry for hijackin your thread hope you dont mind

No, whatever suits.

Omega 3 are anti inflmmatory, omega 6 are not. I would certainly drain off the brine though, enough salt in the fish

I prefer not to give tuna though.
