i have a five week old puppy who won't drink water or puppy milk, she is on tinned puppy meat and nothing else as she didn't like soaked dried food and wouldn't even eat it mixed with the meat is cows or goats milk maybe watered down ok for her??

That's a seriously young puppy.

I think at this age a pup probably still needs mother's milk replacement. Possibly try popping over to the breeding section and asking there.

I definitely wouldn't give cow's milk, a lot of dogs are lactose intolerent.
