Wow! Only just seen this thread.... you jammy git!! That's fantastic, need to get me a butcher like that! My butcher gives me free bags full of random stuff but it's mostly skin and fat, but better than nothing.

Not often these kind of jammy things happen to me . I met someone yesterday walking their small dog who said the usual 'must cost a fortune to feed' - they were shocked when it turned out that it costs me much less to feed Kilo than their dog. However when they found out WHAT I feed and that I was about to go home and butcher hearts and livers....
