Anyone used Bright paws?

As the title really, just wondering if anyone has used them?

Ordered something a few days back, no delivery info on the site so been trying to get a rough delivery estimate, no answer on the phones, no answer phone so can't leave a message, no answer to website query. I know Henry has had a few emails unanswered too.

Anyone have anything positive?

Re: Anyone used Bright paws?

Same issue here except i ordered on 16th October, no reply to email sent last week and have tried phone number a few times but it just rings & rings. If on holiday etc would at least expect info on site to warn of delay or auto-response set up to emails. Wishing i'd ordered elsewhere now .

Oh, that's not good, is it? The owner used to be on the forum - RebeccaArmstrong, I think, was her user name. Wonder if it's worth trying to contact her via the forum, can't understand why payments are being taken if no-one is "manning" her website, though.

Re: Anyone used Bright paws?

About 18 months ago Rebecca was looking for case studies for her Dog Communication course. She did one for Heidi. I emailed her a pic and she rang me. Spent a good hour of the phone and sounded a v nice person. The communication went v well and she sent a lovely thank you card with a new collar and tuggy rope for Heidi by way of a thank you!!

She was just about to start up her business if I remember rightly.

I think she helped another member here when they lost their rescue collie (with her communication skills) -PembrokeMadhouse?? I could be wrong about that and apologise if so:

I'm pretty sure it's the same person and I know impressions can be deceiving but thought it may help to know they seemed ok

Re: Anyone used Bright paws?

Hopefully, it's all fine, but even so, if 2Hounds ordered on 16th October, that's a long time without any communication.

Re: Anyone used Bright paws?

Dont get me wrong, I dont know the person and obviously whatever the reason, it's poor business ethics.

Thought people may feel a bit better if they knew it was a decent person treating them badly rather than an out and out rogue
