Re: Anyone used Bright paws?

Have been informed my refund has been sent, but apparently there's a three day delay. All apparently done remotely lol, whatever that is. Despite the fact yesterday Rebecca didn't have her paypal details, they were at her desk. But then she had them, to log in 'remotely'.

Funny how paypal have no idea about this delay or any refunds being made to me. I called them earlier, in the words of paypal, 'I call bull crap'. Go into thee original payment, click 'refund' simple. The cash is on hold, it'll be refunded straight away.

I won't comment any more, beside to say I've never seen such shocking customer service in my life.

I read about this today...... PayPal refunds should be credited to your account (meaning yours, Lyceum) instantly. The problem lies only if the creditor does not have enough funds in their account........

Yeah, thing is, when you open a dispute, the cash is put on hold in her account. So it can be refunded right away should she click refund. Paypal told me this earlier. Even if the cash isn't there, paypal will just refund me and chase her for the amount due.

Unfortunately, then, it seems that the refund has not been actioned. I would ask for your food to be sent tomorrow then by next-day delivery service. You are entitled to the goods or your money back immediately - no excuses.
