She is fine changing flavours within a brand but swopping brand to brand to get "those extra flavours/proteins" doesnt work well for her.

I've read the info on the ND website (excellent reading if you havent), emailed them a couple of times and decided that the 4/5 varieties they provide should be sufficient.

If need be, I would probably add Burns mixer, (only decent one I can find)but if she's happy enough on 100% ND, that will be it

ooh let us know how you go on.... we may try the Burns mixer too, when the Burns complete food is finished. We are noticing an increase in poohs, on the ND! Maybe because he is eating two complete meals, although we hope that half and half of each is a good balance.

I did read their site and it is excellent; as is their customer service if you email them isn't it.

Customer service was what swayed me to ND. Gives you more confidence in what you're feeding. I would prob have stuck with WW if I was happy with their CS.

Heidi's pooh increased initially which threw me because her output was so little on WW but after a couple of weeks, even tho she's only on 50% ND, her output reduced dramatically. I'm more than happy now. Perhaps a tad concerned that this 50/50 regime may suit her a little too well. Not something I plan sticking withD

Ha! yes indeed, it always helps if the CS is good.

I know Burns complete is a low residue food, but I suppose feeding a largely meat based food will be the opposite. Or at least lead to more outgoings, shall we put it! :-)
