Naturediet!

Currently feeding WWwet but now thinking of going back to ND.

The packaging probs in the past stopped me from buying(too many blown trays)so my question is-has ND rectified the packaging problem?

Re: Naturediet!

I bought 18 trays of ND for my dog as a tasty addition to his kibble, he hated it, i had the chicken, fish and the rabbit one and he refused every meal with them...he tried the fish one a couple of times but no luck, i ended up giving them to OH's parents for their elderly cocker. He loves WW wet and i found ND to be much drier thatn WW.

Just saying...not all dogs enjoy ND

Re: Naturediet!

Hmmmm well I'm a WW fan thro and thro but not so keen on the lack of support from P@H.

Tried Heidi back on ND a couple of time but it upset her. Tried again recently with great success. I'm happier using a food with lots of info readily available and questions answered promptly to my satisfaction.

Any probs and I will be straight back to WW - Heidi comes first. but for the mo I'm keeping it on the back burner.

No probs with seals for us but I buy locally so the retailer deals with that. I dont store loads either. In my opinion, cans are for storing - trays for using

Re: Naturediet!

Funny things arent they?

I was feeding mine Natures Harvest then Alfie started refusing it
(out of all of them, he disliked this one most), so went to Forthglade. Same problem after a few months.
I've now gone back to ND, and touch wood, they are both eating it.

I recently got an order of 4 boxes of ND, and i had 6 suspect packets. 3 were damage in transit, the others werent blown, but they didnt have that nice tight lid, and if in doubt i don't use.

I've tried WW, but again, neither of them liked it, and i had more blown packets of that, than i have ever had of ND.

Re: Naturediet!

I do sometimes think that the ND lamb is the most palatable - one of mine will only eat the lamb.

The blown packages were never a mega problem for me! The ones I did get were quickly replaced, free, with not hassle of having to return the blown packs!

Been using it a long time now, and imo is as good as any! And correct me if I am wrong but isn't ND the one they have all tried to copy? Because when we started with it there were certainly non of the other ranges available, the one that followed if my memory serves me correct was natures menu.

Re: Naturediet!

Has anyone ever actually got the lid off by peeling?

I still use a knife like i have done for years.

I found NH and FG the same. The lid never came off properly.
