JWB kibbles

May be a silly question, but does anyone have any photos of the actually food? I bought the turkey and rice, and lamb and rice, and the kibbles are just too big, my dogs like the food if I crush them, but they won't eat them. This was the LARGE KIBBLES food. Does anyone have a photo of the ADULT formula?

I would quite like to feed Lucy and Todd JWB and keep Maddy on Burns, but I need some smaller kibbles!

Considering they are greyhounds, they shouldn't have troubles with large ones, but I cannot be bothered crushing them anymore!

Re: JWB kibbles

The lamb and veg is smaller kibbles and more like cat food shaped. My pup is funny about the kibble shape and the size and eats the Lamb and Veg one no bother.
I'll add a pic in a mo...

The fish and rice ones are small oval shaped ones, but I don't have any to show you, what i done was asked my local petshop if they had any trial bags and I let him pick his own.

Re: JWB kibbles

The size varies with the flavour Fizz has no prob with it but Penny used to....it took about 2 weeks of persistence for her to get use to it but before she did I used a food processor to chop it down a little...just chopping it less and less till she was eating the average size pieces....it helped because i use wet too though I suppose...only a spoonful but i do think it makes a difference...i use rubber gloves so i can make sure every piece of dry is coated in wet...not the most lovely of jobs i know but....what can i say...the things you do for your furies

Re: JWB kibbles

JWB large breed food kibble is HUGE. the normal adult size is much much smaller. just like standard kibble sized, but they are different shapes. the lamb is wee ball, the turkey is more heart shaped etc(if i remember right). im sure they would have no problems with the normal adult kibble size.

Re: JWB kibbles

I have a greyhound and a lurcher, the greys teeth are not great and she sometimes has trouble with bigger kibble, they are on Arden Grange lamb and rice and the kibble is a bit too small really, no problem for the lurcher but the grey just hoovers them up without crunching them could it be the same with your grey ?

I bought that by accident for my 6 month old Border Collie/GSD cross, but she still managed it, she liked her food as a pup, used to stick her two front paws in the bowl so it didn't move.
