Personally I used to feed about 6am (that was when they seemed to wake naturally and be hungry when really small) then about 12pm, then again about 6pm and then a final supper about 9 to 10pm

that way they had an earlyish morning meal, then two further evenly spaced meals of 6 hours apart, then a smaller supper at 9 or 10 which was 3/4 hours later. Obviousy as they grow you can adjust the times accordingly eventually they will go down to 3, then 2 later on. Obviously people have slightly different ideas, but I found that worked with my two.
