Wink Raw Feeding is Dangerous

Gave Mr Lennon an Oxtail treat today when I was separating the food from Morrisons. As per usual he took it to the favourite spot in the garden and rolled it around in the dirt.

His next trick is to rag the food to get all of the dirt (he spent ages adding to the food) back off. In the process he let out a giant squeal! He then proceeded to eat so I thought nothing of it.

2 Minutes later he came trotting down the garden sporting a very bloody nose. It turns out he smacked himself so hard in the face whilst ragging his meaty deliciousness that he split his nose .

Luckily, its actions like this that make him so suited to living in our house!

He's absolutely fine and no worse for wear, and the nick is only tiny so no harm done! Silly dog!
Blondie and kat&molly like this.

Ha ha Aaaw bless, silly boy
Kiva nearly lays herself out regularly, you will often hear a 'thud' while she is thrashing her rope toy about and gets too close to the cooker or a cupboard
Glad he is ok
