Exclamation Dog Lumps (Again!)

Hey everyone!
I posted earlier this year about my dog, Boisy, having lumps under his front armpits.
They turned out to be fatty deposits, and he was soon normal.

Now, there is one new lump under his front left armpit. There's a big lump directly underneath, and then another one further down his leg. But the one further down, it long, thin, and poking OUTWARDS. I'm so worried about him. He's been crying for hours and he won't stop limping and holding his paw up. I repeat: The lump further down is protruding OUTWARDS, it's 1cm in diameter and about 5cm length going away from the bone.

Please help!! He's going to the vet tomorrow.

He's not good. He didn't move from 3am till 2pm and when he did, his leg's just hanging limp. He's not crying, though, but he won't use his leg at all.

I I think he needs to go to the vet urgently to be honest, if he wont weight bear at all and there is a lump protruding outwards and the legs just hanging limp it deffinately isnt good, what breed is he, its possible he could have dislocated something or even broken it if an elongated protuding outwards lumps suddenly appeared.

I know of a small breed that just fell off a bed and broke a leg badly.

Re: Dog Lumps (Again!)

He's a cairn terrier, but big for his breed, and I know it's not bone because I squeezed it a little, and it's squishy, like a mass of cells. Plus, he doesn't yelp when it is squished.

Re: Dog Lumps (Again!)

Yeah, there is news. It's his fat lumps again, but they're going to do a chest x-ray and a biopsy to see if it's nasty.

Re: Dog Lumps (Again!)

It's bad. At the very least, he's going to need surgery. The chest x-ray will reveal where the lump is, because they think it's wound around a bone or something. If that's not the case, we just remove it easily. If it is the case, we either remove the leg, or let him go.
