Comparing Skinners To Whites is like comparing Apples to Oranges.
I've only ever seen Skinners salmon and rice or duck and rice recommended here. They're exactly the same ingredients wise to burns, a VASTLY more expensive food. The salmon and duck skinners are very simple foods, basically meat, rice and vitamins.

Burns is about the best budget food aroundm I've yet to find better for the price. And since the OP's budget is £20 per sack and is only considering whites because it's on offer, Skinners is the best you'll get for £20 per bag.

Yes you can get better if you spend more, but that's the same with pretty much all food.

The ingredients on this are terrible:
There is no % meat given, it contains Maize, Wheat & Soya......all no no's.
A poor food.
You can do much much better.
Skinners Field and Trial Salmon Rice Dog Food 15Kg - £23.09

Skinners Field and Trial Duck and Rice Dog Food 15Kg - £19.66

If there is a better food for £20 per 15kg bag, please let us know. Always on the look out for good budget foods.

Arden grange (lamb and rice) - 15kg = £31.97, feeding guide is 350, bag will last 42 days and cost 76p per day.

If there's any more foods you're considering work out the price per day to see true cost. Threw arden grange in because it's very similar to whites but a little cheaper.
Many thanks - I appreciate all the help
