Yes I would, but I would bash them up first so the bones are in smaller pieces inside the skin, making them much less of a risk if he happens to swallow them rather than chew. It is possible to swap oldies over on to raw, you do need to take it slowly, I've found pups and younger dogs swap over much easier and get the knack of chewing much more quickly. I'd try wings for two or three weeks, either substituting part or all of a meal a few times a week, to see how he goes initially

Thanks SL, I thought the answer would have been no!!! Hes been fine with the minces and Tripe. After reading your reply I gave him a little bit of Carcase- I held it but dont think I needed to he was really good.
