Re: Stroke advice
Sorry to hear your young dog has suffered a stroke. Many years ago I had a Golden Retriever who suffered a stroke at around 11 years of age. With plenty of rest he started to use his legs again and although he tended to walk a bit 'crablike' for a short while, he did eventually manage to straighten up and lead an active life until at 16 he suffered another one so I thought it far kinder to have him PTS.

Re: Stroke advice
Hi, I have a little dog that had a stroke, was paralysed down left side to start with and used to drag her left feet, but I gave her very gentle physio, Just flexing her paws and legs and massaging her gently and within a week she was running about again, she has quite a wonkey unbalanced walk now, but doesnt drag her limbs at all, as is only wobbly because she tries to run flat out everywhere.
