Hope a few answer and you aren't sick of me yet

At the minute my ideal is 60% meat, 20% tripe, 10% bone and 10% offal (half liver, half kidney, heart = meat).

Is this similar to what you do at all?!

Also, in regard to tinned fish which are cooked, would you feed them separately to anything raw like mince/bones?

Your ratio is near identical to mine - I feed some lung though and a little more bone as 10% isn't really enough to keep my lads solid.

I can't help with tinned fish, I don't feed it since mine have all their fish raw, but I'd treat it how I would any cooked food - not to feed it too closely/with anything raw.

Poppy seems to be doing OK on the 80:10:10, I've only just started adding tripe so not decided on a proper ratio for that yet, just adding a bit to other food to get her used to it.

With the tinned sardines and mackerel, I give her one tin as her evening meal, sometimes with veggies, sometimes with a raw egg and some crushed shell. But Poppy is only small (5.3kg) and that's quite a big meal for her. It doesn't get mixed with any raw mince (that's for brekkie) or raw bones.

Mine usually get tripe four or five times a week, with left overs and/or blended veggies. They also get other bits mixed in, so it ends up more of a lucky dip than anything else. I mix raw and cooked food together all the time and it never bothers mine, including tinned fish

Mine get tripe about 5 days a week,with no probs.
BTW heart is considered a muscle meat,i feed it as a whole meal.

Raw feeding since 2002.

Baxter isn't on raw any more but when he was, he got tripe for breakfast 4/5 times a week.
When we went to the ortho specialists and I told him his diet - he said tripe is fatty and shook his head when I said how much he was having. Don't know how right that is but Baxter was over-weight so I've struck it off our list of raw stuff.
He's now on diet kibble with some meat & fish thrown in randomly to give him some variety.

Rupert will have it about four days a week for brekky I think. He's a little under what he ought to be weight wise so that's not a worry just yet, he's only 28.45kgs.

20% of my dogs diet is tripe
They love it, Im sure they would eat it for every single meal if they could. I find it useful to hide offal in also.

I feed sardines as a seperate meal, usually a breakfast
