I feed wet food and have just started feeding either a chicken wing or small lamb rib every day at lunchtime. She has brekkie at 8, lunch at 1 and dinner at 7. Just wondered if that is sufficient time gaps for the difference it takes raw and wet to digest.

She and her tum seem happy enough with the arrangement but I just wondered if it is technically correct.

Bit close for my liking - I don't like raw and cooked being fed in the same day, but if it must be done, I'd like to see it as far apart as possible - so wet for breakfast, and raw for dinner.

If it suits your girl why stress?

Not sure there really is anything to the different digestion times of the different food stuff over and above all the other factors that affect it. But hey, perhaps one day someone somewhere will find some proper info on that that doesn't just see the food type in isolation.

Cheers guys - confirmed pretty much what I thought - possibly not ideal but hey ho, she's not complaining and considering she has a sensitive tum, that's a plus. Kibble gave her far more grief
