Re: Can you Please look

I would say take her back to the vet and tell him how quickly it's grown. Our boy buster had a lump and it turned out to be mast cell tumours. He was a shar pei and it's a cancer that breed is known to suffer from though. That said, if it's the same as the other lumps that have pus coming out it's probably not that, and is linked to his other skin condition. I'm a proper worrier though and always think it's better to be safe than sorry! Don't forget to keep us updated with how you get on.

Not sure what they are, but if pus is coming out then it usually means there is some kind of infection there, in which case she will probably need antibiotics. If the one on her ear has double in size in a week or two as well probably be best to get him to take a look.

Until he does it wouldnt do any harm in the meantime I would have thought to bath them a few times a day in cooled boiled water with some salt disolved in it
thats usually good for things like abcesses which get filled with pus.

Re: Can you Please look

Hey guys went to vets this morning ,Tanya has got to go in for a operation on monday he said that the lump on her leg looks like a wart ,but he isnt happy about the one on her head he said that could be a cancer
but they wont know till they remove it and send it off , he said if i find anymore bumps on her i have to clip them and they will remove them too ,
I am really concerned tho cause she has a heart murmur and any anasetic is more risky

Try not to panic just yet, it is a worry I know, but Ive had lumps and bumps on mine over the years, and they have been fine. if the vet thought the anaesthetic would have been a problem, Im sure he would have said. Heart mumors are usually graded, my samoyed had one they found when he was 5, and he lived until nearly 12 and it never got any worse, it was a type of bone marrow cancer that I lost him too in the end. he had anaethetics too after they found the mumour. Veterinary anaesthetics are really good now and most are human grade. They are always very closely moinitored throughout too, so try not to worry too much.

Re: Can you Please look

Ah sorry to hear that. My shar pei had numerous health issues, which should have caused a problem under anaesthetic, but the vets used the lighter one everytime he had a lump removed and he was fine. I'm sure the vets wouldn't recommend it if they thought her heart problems might cause an issue.
Even the very worst cancers aren't necessarily a death sentence. It sounds like you've caught it early, and hopefully the vets will remove it with a big margin of nice healthy tissue.
I know its hard, but try not to worry, it might just turn out to be nothing at all
Hope it all goes ok, keep us updated. Fingers crossed for you
