I did buy a few packs a couple of weeks ago which were fine. They are on WW at the moment which they like and it is cheaper, but i like to rotate and give them variety.

I need to stock up next week and am tempted to give ND another go
I have fed WW loads and v successfully but have lost faith in the product recently. I will keep it to fall back on for tum upsets but no longer as an everyday food

Re: Naturediet-Questions & Answers

Apparently, Naturediet are in the process of redesigning their packaging and are also looking for a new "doggie model" for the lids of their food.

Hopefully they've taken the problem on board and there will be no more problems. It's definitely on my list of foods to buy next, especially as by the time my current foods are gone, they will have redesigned the packaging. I have quite a bit of wet food in storage!

Cor new packaging!!!! Sounds very encouraging and exciting, lets hope they get the seals right and it doesnt put the price back up.
Wonder if thats why they have reduced the price of the style they use now?
Get customers back, onside and ready for the new launch They definately need to do something to get them back up where they belong

Sorry to hijack but would any ND feeders mind confirming they've not had any problems recently with the packaging and then we can feel even more confident! (Hope that's OK, Staffybull!)
I bought a box about a month ago. It had a January 2012 date on it. The first few were fine but then the other day one nearly knocked my head off when I opened it. I opened 2 more that smelt decidedly off but none of them looked to be blown. I took the remainder of the box back to the shop and got a refund as all their stock was from the same era so didnt want to risk any more. My dogs prefer WW so will stay on that for the time being.

The January 2012 BB dates were made during the period when the machine wasn't sealing, so that might explain it. The lot I bought in PAH the other day had April/May 2012, so I'm hoping these will be OK.

Thats ok henry,it will be interesting to find out if people are still having any issues with the food,i have had no problems at all.

I hope people who used to feed ND"but stopped buying because of some dodgy trays"will start buying it again,i was a bit reluctant myself but now i have full confidence in the food, and will continue to buy it.
My dog is back to looking his best now,and he knows it!

IMO its one of the best wet foods available!

interesting to know that. This shop only stocks up once a year so I will have to wait a couple of months before they get new stock in. she did say they had not had much problem with that batch, unlike the previous one.

so far I have not had a single problem with WW and have fed several boxfuls so maybe should stick with that - only trouble is accessing a pets at home from where I live - think £100 to get there so has to be in passing.

You could order from P@H online but it has to be £29 and over to get if delivered free
