Dog birth mark or something more sinister ?

Do dogs have birth marks? i just noticed what appears to be like a birth mark on the boy its about the size of Kibble slightly brown and a couple of hairs coming out of it are orangey\reddish colour ?

deffo not a lump as smooth, just diffrent colour to skin

No reaction when i prodded it...never noticed it b4 but could be as its on inside of chest under inside front leg and his fur just been trimmed

Im a tad worried do u think a trip to Vet in order ?
