Re: Fruit

Mine do too.

I believe grapes are on the 'no' list, and raisins etc.

Mine love blueberries too. Go mental for them and apple.

Re: Fruit

See it's quite good really, imagine a dog encouraging a person to eat more fruit, i've eaten more fruit in the last 6 weeks than i have done in 6 years. I knew about grapes and raisins being a no no and damaging doggy kidneys.

Never tried a blueberry to be honest, will maybe put it in my to do list of fruits to try since im being all good and healthy.

Re: Fruit

Kenzie will eat almost any fruit and a lot of veges too. Her all-time favourite is banana (don't try to eat a banana with her in the room) but she also loves apple, pear, plum, strawberries, blueberries, orange. She doesn't like raspberries though.

Re: Fruit

My friend used to have a dog who had a condition which meant he couldn't eat meat
He used to have a very strange diet tailored by the vet and this included as much fruit and veg as the dog would eat and he loved it! I remember standing in her kitchen and she'd just give it a massive piece of apple. . .it seemed so strange hahaha

He was allowed certain dog biscuits for bulk though bless him!

Re: Fruit

my dogs have always like tomatoes and they love pasta, they'd steal spaghetti bolognese from your plate even though they've never been the type to do that sort of thing I can't imagine pasta is great for their digestive tract although they have had dog food with it in before . . haha

my boy who i lost last year used to eat frozen peas off the floor if you accidentally dropped some whilst pouring them out of the bag!
