Wormed and theres worms

Cant make this out I wormed the dogs 3 weeks ago and I"ve just gone out to clear up the pooh in the garden and one of them has worms in there toiletsure they were worms like large grains of rice?

Maybe one of the dogs was infested with worms but spat out their tablets or could it be that the poo has been lying overnight and been infested by flies eggs?
