Help Please

i am new to the site i have been adding to the cruciate diary. My dog Had a TPLO 18 days ago. She was doing great untill today. I brought her in from the toilet and we have three steps she jumped up the side and she lifted the bad leg for a second. She has put it down again but i feel it does not look as steady from the back as it did. This op has cost almost £4000 in total. I will now have to take her back to specialist on monday as the vet is closed. We cant afford anymore treatment. I wanted to ask if somthing bad had happened to the leg does anyone know what would happen ie. would she be very lame? Would they fix it? would it look unsteady again? we she be in agony? Thanks for listening i am going round the twist.:c ryin:
