She has asked me to keep an eye on it though as she is a little worried that Mia has been showing a lot signs of a partial spay and/or false pregnancy over the last few weeks. The timing of all the symptoms and behaviour point to tissue being left in and swelling of mammary tissue would happen about now if that is going on.
She said if it goes down or stays the same not to worry but if swelling continues to go back for blood tests.
My thoughts exactly

Re: Mammary Lumps- update photo

Hopefully this is an image of Mia's lumps if I have worked out how to do it correctly.

Yep looks like that worked. You should just be able to see the dark marks that are like flat nipples under each lump.

Any idea what these look like? The vet didn't actually get a look and not a very good feel either.

Re: Mammary Lumps

Thats what Willow's looked like when she had a mild phantom pregnancy afetr her first season. her's were directly under her teats though and when she stood they hung down. I could grab them and move them around like you have described.
She didnt have mastitis, although did keep an eye for it.

Im glad the vet didnt seem worried about them although obv concerned as you are about her perhaps having a partial spay.

This pic was taken when she was sitting, they do hang a bit when she was standing. I will just see how she goes.
