I would have thought the raw diet to be more conducive for weight loss. There's some info in this document regarding a high protein/high fat diet being best for weight loss http://www.orijenpetfoods.co.uk/acat..._Paper(09).pdf

Yes, thanks for the link Snoringbear. Shame that although it is set out to be for cats and dogs the majority of its discussion is about dogs.
And call me cynical but I would put more stock by their white paper if they then also produced a good quality wet food; not a dry food (although if such a things as a great dry food exists, the orijen it is at least for cats) ![]() |
