fleaing products

what are the best fleaing products for dogs??? Not sprays as i dont like these

my mum has always sworn by the spot on treatments, your vet should be able to suggest best brand or the one they sell.

Its also very quick and easy just a drop onto the back of the neck and they are done.

I use Advocate (spot on from vets) and Billy No Mates (natural suppliment that goes in food)

I use fresh garlic cloves crushed in food to prevent fleas, but frontline is generally the most recommended chemical spot on.

ooh does garlic cloves work??
I never knew this. I would much prefer this than using chemicals

It works for us anyway, we've used only garlic for years now and my dogs have never had fleas - and we live very rurally too, with lots of wildlife about.

I use garlic and brewers yeast powder along with a sulphur remedy my homeopath makes up -
Bit of a triple whammy but seems to do the trick.
Definately prefer less chemicals where possible
