HI.

One of my dogs got ran over and broke her left tibia (back leg).

Has anyone else had a dog who has broken this bone before?

Just wondering what the prognosis is? We have our 6 week check up on tuesday and I was wondering what to expect?

I haven't but bumped into a woman once whose GSD had done this, the dog seemed to have made an almost full recovery

I just hope that is the case with her!

Would love to see her Out of her cage and off a lead!

My Chloe's mom (Bess) was trampled by a horse when 9 weeks old - was in the vet's for 2 weeks with life threatening injuries including a broken leg -she had 2 pins in the leg.

She made a remarkable recovery and was pts last year at the age of 13.

Fingers crossed your dog makes a complete recovery
