Re: pet insurance

We're with Petplan too. Have been for almost 10 years - only made a claim once with Lula's ear and they settled really quickly. It can be a bit pricey (gets cheaper the more dogs you have ) compared to some. But I prefer it as it insures for life no matter what. Which gives me peace of mind.

Re: pet insurance

Our 2 are insured through Axa, not the cheapest but not the most expensive but it is a life cover which is what I was after. Touch wood not had to claim yet so don't know how that is handled although they were reccommended to me from friends who are impressed with the claims process

Re: pet insurance

Hi
I am with Tesco - i have a joint policy for both of mine which seems quite comprehensive - not really an expert! i have always had good experiences with Tesco Home Insurance so hopefully the pet insurance will be similar

Re: pet insurance

I am with Direct line - quite a reasonable price and again although never claimed they were recommended to me by someone at work though said they paid up really quickly when he made a claim.

Re: pet insurance

Hi, my dog's insurance is with tesco they r brilliant paid out very quickly for our £4000 bill after a slipped disc operation. Have also been with direct line had no problems with them paying out but they did increase their premium drastically when Harry reached 8 years so swapped to Tesco. Hope this helps.
