soz for not replying, dunno how i missed your question

ok well a piece of tobys disc shot through his spine in March rendering his back end totally paralyzed. he spent over a week in an animal hospital and had to have xrays, mri, and loads more treatment bringing the cost for just over a week to just under £2000. our policy covers him for £2000 per condition not alot i know but he's 12 and up to now we've not had any serious/costly vets bills and stupidly we thought it would never happen.

up until beginning of July he was still needing twice weekly physio sessions as well at £42 each session. up to now e&l have paid just £1200 of that treatment. they have ignored our claims for physio even though it was on the vets recommendation. we ring/email or write to them and they do not return our calls, answer our queries instead they send more claim forms which we have not requested. It is only in the last 10 days that they have settled the £1200 bill. we have forwarded every bill, receipt to them that we have had and really we've been totally ignored by them.

however we took the policy through animal friends and now animal friends and e&l have fallen out they have been quick in trying to secure our continued business with them.

sorry for the long read
