Salmon and Flax oil
Hi all!

Just wondering where is the best place everyone gets their salmon and flax oil from. Been looking around but can't seem to find it unless i buy it from the net!

I use yumega plus
Ingredients.....Golden flax oil,salmon oil,starflower oil vitimin E
May be of interest to you...I get mine at PAH.

Super markets. Sainsburys sells flax seed oil.

got some yumega 2day from p@h and ordered some salmon oil off ebay but can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. thanks you for all the help
