Re: Clipper Blade query
Hi, from past experience, I would get the best blades you can afford. If you clip out, always make sure the dogs coat is fairly clean as a dirty coat coat may dull your blades in no time at all. If you always make sure too that your blades are oiled, correctly adjusted and cleaned well after use, they should last you for many years, especially if you're just using them domestically. Some blades are compatible with different clippers, but I have always stuck with the same brand of blade as for the clippers I'm using. Happy clipping !

Re: Clipper Blade query
We stick to either Andis or Oster clipper blades. We have both Andis and Oster clippers and they all work perfectly on each set of clippers. We did try cheaper blades but found they became blunt much quicker and when sharpened it took more metal off the blade so didn't last as long. (It was not the sharpeners fault either as I sharpen them myself)
