Hi all!

Just wondering if anyone knew of any dog groomer in UK (particularly Wales would be great!) that is familiar with the Japanese style of grooming, i.e. Teddy Bear style for Toy Poodle? I know it's a cut rather than a shave and I haven't been able to find anywhere yet! I'm based in South Wales. Thanks!

Hi can you not ask your current groomer to do the 'teddy bear' or 'panda' clip, the clip has two names in my poodle grooming book.

Any professional, experienced groomer ought to be versatile enough in their trade to be able to do this for you. It's more in the drying and prep than the cut...

Whereabouts in Wales are you? If you are in the South you might like to consider a day trip to the Somerset. There's a fantastic agricultural college at Cannington and the groomers there can do it all! Plus you'll get a good price.

There are also equally good excellent groomers in south wales, where abouts are you?

Any good professional dog groomer in the UK should do this for you. I have a toy poodle. Our groomer cuts him in the teddy bear style, because we ask for it.

Or at least i think its the teddy bear style...i have no recent pics of him on my computer but this is him after being groomed a couple of years back
