HI there is a small independant shop in the town near me. I went in there today to see if they stocked your food. They didn't! Maybe they would though as they seemed to have alot of other high end foods. No bakers complete in sight!!! lol not that i could see anyway.

How long do samples take to come?
Also if i do order a big bag how long will that take to come?
I'm just trying to work out how much Bailey will have left of her own food to slowly put her onto the new one.

Samples are sent by second class mail so should reach their destination within 3 working days but I'm afraid that the recent snow means that some have been taking a little longer. Apologies if yours haven't arrived yet. If they don't arrive in Monday's post please let me know.

Orders on the other hand are delivered by courier and although they only guarantee delivery within 1-3 days, as long as you place your order before 1pm we can usually get it to you next day (excluding weekends).

As you mention, it's important to leave enough of Bailey's current food to allow All in One to be introduced over 3-5 days to ensure a nice easy transition.

Hi David got my samples this morning so will give them a try ( the dogs I mean ) later and report back. You do say they are nearly the same as Burns if so my dogs will be ok with them. As the rough does have a sensitive tum at times.

Although there are a few similarities between our foods and Burns there are also several big differences, in fact we only formed the Natural Dog Food Company because we didn't think that foods like Burns were as good as they could be.

The biggest difference is the fact that we don't use any synthetic ingredients at all. Although there are several dog foods that don't include artificial preservatives, colourings and flavourings, the unfortunate fact remains that virtually every other dog food relies on synthetic vitamins. These have to be added to the food because the raw ingredients on their own simply don’t provide everything a dog needs to get by. This lack of suitable nutrients might be because the raw ingredients are of the wrong type, or because the quality is not what it should be or perhaps because the range of ingredients is too narrow.

When we got started we wanted to create the first dog food to be truly complete – to contain everything the dog needs without the need for synthetic vitamins or any other additives. It wasn’t easy but we found that the only way to get the necessary spectrum of ingredients is to use a range of high quality ingredients – vegetables, whole grains and herbs. We also use a high proportion of fresh meat because it retains more nutrients than its meal equivalent.

Basically what I’m trying to get across is that All in One isn’t just another dog food.

You realise you are well withing the price band of other well established foods here and also some cheaper ones with similar ingredients? Have you thought about lowering your price point, it may give you better competition?
