One of my neighbours has asked me to help find him a family dog they would like an Irish staff they would like a white one .
They have 4 young children a very large garden it would get lots of love and plenty of walks .

This breed is not my cup of tea but each to there own he has asked me as I have dobes and a computer lol

There is NO such breed as an irish staff!
An irish staff is thrown around as a term to cover just about anything that looks like abit of a staff that is to big!!!
We show judge and breed staffordshire bull terriers and have friends in Ireland who do the same and think it is sooooooo funny as even a staff born in ireland is a staffordshire bull terrier born in ireland!
Please tell them they are looking for the wrong thing yes they can get a stafford with papers and abit more leg i can put them in touch with a lady who breeds athletic staffords who are kc registered she does strong dog/weight pulling etc and now and again she comes to a stafford breed show .
I promise you the breed irish staff is not a proper reconised breed and in this day and age a dog with no proof of breeding etc of that type is in danger !

Thanks for the information any help is gratefully received I did not know that about staffies , they are not a breed that I know anything about , ( otherwise I would know ) but each to there own breed ask me about dobes lol
