Can anyone help
( Hi my name is Lisa I introduced my self in the introductions part, not sure if I am posting this in the right place, I have recently fell fowl to the internet scam sellers to my shame, luckily no money was lost came within a whisker of aranging payment. Myself and my children ( hubby too) have fallen in love with the husky we were promised, he sent us pictures and my kids even named her. I am desperate to find them one, my only problem is only having £150. Can anyone help me find a pup husky or even another breed famale pup of similar size for them. I already borrowed the money and can't raise anymore. Life care of the dog isn't an issue its just the lump sum. I live in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire, if anyone can help us out please please contact me. I am glad I found this forum because it will be lovely to chat to fellow dog lovers out there. Hope to get to know you all better soon x Thank you in advance for any help and advise xx lisa xxLast edited by loopylisa2009; 28-01-2009 at 01:35 PM.. Reason: spelling correcton and missed info |

Re: Can anyone help
There seem to be alot of husky types in rescue at the moment so worth a look. I assume you can afford to get insurance because without it you will struggle to cope if you can't afford to raise enough to buy the dog in the first place? Depends how old your kids are , alot of rescues won't rehome to young families, esp a high energy demanding breed.
Good luck, might be worth looking in your local rescue, you might find a mixed breed similar to a husky that will be easier for you to deal with...kids would never know the difference!!! ![]() |

Re: Can anyone help
if you are looking at a husky we looked a rescue huskys and my children at tie the youngest was 2 they didn't mind their ages at all they sent the RSPCA out to home check me and i got offered many rescue huskys they were just to far up the contry for me to collect i got asked for a donation of £50. the youngest i got offered was 16 weeks old. It just every one they offerec was up by scotland and being down by southapton it was a bit far.
If you goodle Rescue Husky you will find them as this is how i found them. I was phone within 2 weeks of finding them with a maybe pup. It was just she was to far away for me to collect her. Good luck ANd im glad you found out before you lost the money!
